According to Shanghai Finance and Pudong Release, on the 27th, the Pudong Artificial Intelligence Seed Fund was officially launched at the 2025 Pudong New Area Artificial Intelligence Industry Ecology Global Promotion Conference. The fund has a total scale of 2 billion yuan, with an initial scale of 500 million yuan. It is the first state-owned capital venture capital fund in China that focuses specifically on the seed round stage, and it will mainly invest in innovative talents and cutting-edge technology projects.

The Pudong Artificial Intelligence Seed Fund adopts a friendly and flexible investment mechanism, aiming to help startup teams solve the "survival" issues, achieve the "aggregation" industrial cluster effect, and create an environment that encourages and values entrepreneurship. The fund will accelerate the practical application and transformation of artificial intelligence basic research and original innovation in Pudong, helping to build a global leading vertical model ecological gathering area.
At the promotion conference, Pudong Venture Capital Group signed investment agreements with 18 companies for the seed fund, marking the official start of the fund's operation.

Infrastructure: Launching the country's first "Heterogeneous Humanoid Robot Training Field," the public data authorization operation platform will be launched soon, and the Pufa Liming Wan Card Intelligent Computing Cluster is scheduled to be put into operation by the end of the year.
Financial Support: Establishing a fund matrix covering the entire life cycle of enterprises, and establishing the first leasing company serving the artificial intelligence industry.
Policy Optimization: Strengthening the artificial intelligence industry policy matrix, focusing on supporting large model applications, humanoid robot R&D innovation, and application scenario demonstration areas.
Talent Services: Introducing a "two 1 million square meter low-rent space" policy to support youth entrepreneurship and innovation, and Zhangjiang provides continuous three-year support of up to 1 million yuan per year for high-growth youth science and technology innovation projects.
