According to Alibaba International, the company's AI service call volume has continued to rise, with an average daily call volume exceeding 1 billion.

Through a technology-sharing strategy, Alibaba International has opened its AI capabilities to external ecosystem partners. Currently, leading cross-border ERP service providers such as Miaoshou, Dianxiaomi, Tongtu, Dianxiaobao, Wangxiaowang, and SanTai, as well as large cross-border sellers and agents, have integrated Alibaba International's AI services. Data shows that the AI call volume from external ecosystem partners increased by 23 times in 2025.

Marco is independently developed by Alibaba International's AI Business team, featuring strong multilingual and full-scenario coverage capabilities. This solution supports over 40 languages and covers more than 60 scenarios across the entire e-commerce supply chain. From generative large models to AI agents, it provides merchants with comprehensive solutions for marketing, compliance, after-sales, etc., at significantly lower costs compared to mainstream large models.
In terms of core technical indicators, Marco performs exceptionally well. In cross-border e-commerce dialogue scenarios, its translation hallucination rate is only 0.02%, which is 75% lower than the average hallucination rate of top-tier industry translation models, demonstrating excellent accuracy and reliability.

Intelligent Refund Agent: By leveraging multi-modal understanding and reasoning capabilities, it provides optimal refund solutions for merchants and consumers, successfully reducing refund costs for merchants by 15%.
Customs Code HScode Agent: Helps merchants meet tariff compliance requirements, improving accuracy by 23% and effectively reducing cross-border trade risks.
Online Recruitment Agent: Significantly improves recruitment efficiency, doubling the effectiveness of email acquisition.
Comprehensive Open Source of Core Technologies
Reflecting its open cooperation philosophy, Alibaba International has fully open-sourced its core AI technologies, including the large language model Marco, the multi-modal model Ovis, and the Agent application development framework Agentic ADK, contributing technical power to industry development.
